Step 1: Fill Out the Required Information

Step 2: Type the Trees or Vine Clones Desired

• Variety:
  • (Please provide the variety of tree or vine clone you would like to order)
• Rootstock (if known)
  • (If you prefer a specific rootstock, please include it. If you’re unsure, simply leave it blank.)

Step 3: Order Review and Confirmation

• Please Note: This is an order request and not a confirmation of availability. We will reach out to confirm the details of your order, including pricing, availability, and deposits.
• By submitting this request, you acknowledge that this is not an official order confirmation.

Important Notes

• If the variety you want is not listed, it will be considered a wish list item, and we will get back to you with more details if available.
• If you have discussed a specific variety with us, please ensure you mention that to avoid any confusion (i.e. as discussed, talked with Gene/Cam/Christine)
• You will receive a follow-up email or call confirming the details of your order request.
• All orders require a deposit to secure your order.
• Orders must be paid in full before being picked up.
• When ordering before budding (2 years ahead) or grafting (2 years), you are giving us the best opportunity to fulfill your order.

Order Action Timeline

1. Order Request Received – Customer submits their order request through email or website.
2. Order Acknowledgement Sent – Email acknowledging receipt of the order.
3. Deposit Request Sent – Email sent requesting deposit to confirm the order.
4. Plants Dug in Fall – Seasonal reminder that plants will be dug in fall.
5. Grading Plants – All plants graded for size and quality.
6. Order Confirmation – Final email confirming the order and next steps (shipping, remaining balance, etc.).
